Experiences
We are waiting to host you at the Leadership Immersions home at Springwood Farm amidst 60 acres of beautiful nature and ancient woodland in West Sussex, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with easy access to Gatwick, Heathrow, M25 and direct trains to London.
We are experienced at working with individuals, intact teams, Boards, entrepreneurs, charities, corporations, local and central government, and partnering with leadership institutions and expert coaches. We also provide services and solutions as part of Corporate Responsibility programmes, charity and volunteer programmes, open programmes and train the trainer programmes.
We offer a range of experiences, open and bespoke programmes, that can be aligned to your leadership and organisational needs.
Leadership Immersion nature experiences can be either one-day (9.30am-5pm), two-days to include an over-night camping-out experience.
